- PARKING TEAM
  • Parking Team for one or both campuses and special events, especially during our Winter season.
  • Team members serve as needed, and are asked to arrive 1 hour prior to the service/event.
  • The Parking Team also acts as our Safety Team.
- WELCOME TEAM
  • Welcome members and visitors at the Welcome desk.
  • Provide information for members and guests outside the church on Sunday mornings.
  • Guests are first introduced to our church when they meet our Welcome Team/Greeters, therefore the greatest assets for serving in this area are a big smile and a willingness to welcome all attenders with warmth and joy.
  • Greeters ought to arrive 30 minutes prior to services.
- USHERS
  • Ushers are currently only utilized at our downtown services.
  • Greet worshipers upon entering the sanctuary.
  • Hand out worship notes.
  • Help seat worshipers; assist in finding a seat when services are crowded.
  • Count attendance during services.
  • All ushers are to be aware of anyone or anything that might be a threat, and to report any and all suspicious situations to the campus police officer on duty.
  • Ushers are requested to arrive 45 minutes before the 11AM service.
- COFFEE TEAM
  • Provide and set up refreshments on Sunday mornings at one or both services.
  • Help serve worshippers before services.
  • Greet members and guests each Sunday before services.
  • Clean up the coffee station on Sunday mornings.
- HOSPITALITY
  • Help plan special congregational events.
  • Cook and/or bake for luncheons/dinners and other special events.
  • Decorate for holidays and special events.
